Behavioural system - The dynamics of the internal culture and personnel relationships within an organization that produces characteristic behaviour patterns in its members.

Benchmarking - A technique for measuring an organization's products, services and operations against those of its competitors resulting in a search for best practice that will lead to superior performance

Business level - The upper managers who focus on marketing and innovation and respond to the voice of the customer

Business management system - A set of interconnected and managed processes that function together to achieve an organizationís business objectives and satisfy the demands of its stakeholders

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) - The fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in critical, contemporary measures of performance, such as cost, quality, service, and speed (Michael Hammer)
