About Transition Support
Established in 1999, Transition Support was formed to assist organizations achieve improved business performance through the application of process management and related methodologies. The Directors of Transition Support were David Hoyle (author of the ISO 9000 Quality Systems Handbook) and John Thompson (originator of the GPR principle) both of whom are now retired.
David maintains this website as a repository of ideas John and he developed during their partnership and as a means of providing supplementary information to that contained in David’s ISO 9000 Quality System Handbook.
