It is not a trick question. The most important clause in ISO 9000:2005 was clause 2.3 but they didn’t include it in ISO 9000:2015. TC 176 merged the systems approach and the process approach principles and with it they threw the baby out with the bath water by omitting to make ISO 9001:2015 clause 4.4.1 mirror ISO 9000:2005 clause 2.3.
